Subscription Terms & Conditions (Policy no. MM003)

  • The Consumer hereby subscribing for the milk and the milk products by MilkmorTM shall be called “Subscriber”. MilkmorTM is the brand channel of Astha Dairy Farm which shall be called hereby “Company”. The Subscriber hereby agrees to give his/her authentic and actual details to the company and will ensure that there isn’t any other person registering from the same residence, unless and until there is a separate family with the separate account living within the same premises.
  • The Subscriber is abide to update his/her information in real time to avoid any miscommunication or delivery failure.
  • There isn’t any delivery on credit basis. The Subscriber shall be paying in advance for the order schedule period through any payment mode prescribed by the company during that stipulated time.
  • The prevailing rates shall be considered during the recharge or ordering. The rate fluctuation of products will not be adjusted later on or for on-going order schedule. Any price revision in the product shall not affect the current subscription from the day of price revision. It shall be effective during the next renewal.
  • Incase of any fund dishonor due to Subscriber’s negligence, the company may charge the dues or penalty fee or any such bank instrument failure charges from the respective subscriber.
  • The delivery time shall be as per the delivery policy and Subscriber shall abide to agree for the same.
  • The Subscriber hereby agrees to receive any form of informational/ promotional/incidental communication in the form of courier/personal/SMS/E-Mail/App Notification through corporate or Milkmor Authorised Associates.
  • The Subscriber can always approach the customer care for any grievance reporting pertaining to delivery, quality or any other operational issues.
  • The milk delivery schedule in morning session is very stringent for us to ensure the commitment and service to all our subscribers for timely delivery. Hence, the Subscribers are requested to co-operate to the delivery boys’s schedule & timing slots.
  • Any issues or things which is consuming time in morning session shall be taken care after the completion of delivery by the delivery boys.
  • The delivery shall be of 3 types :
    1. Personal Hand Delivery
    2. Ring the Door Bell & Keep the container at doorstep
    3. Handover the container to the common security guard
    4. Keep the container outside without ringing the door-bell

We shall always strongly recommend for option No. 1 to ensure that the bottles are refrigerated immediately or within few minutes of taking delivery to avoid spoilage. There is a possibility of theft/misplace of containers for the option no.2 & 3, which shall be at the risk of subscriber and company shall not be responsible for the same. The delivery boy shall tag the delivery in the system with time once its delivered. The subscriber can always cross check the same.

  • The subscription will be activated after 3-4 working days of payment realized with the company.
  • The prepaid balance shall be adjusted on the basis of delivery done. Once, the prepaid balance reaches critical or only pre-defined minimum deliveries are pending, the subscriber shall get reminders to recharge the same for uninterrupted deliveries.
  • The Subscriber can edit/pause the no. of containers for the next day/coming days delivery prior a day before 3 PM in the given mobile app or through customer care.
  • The Subscriber is bound to return the empty cartons (Incase of returnable packagings) on the basis of frequency as guided by the company without any damages. Company reserves the right to raise the debit note for any such damages at the justified cost.
  • The Subscriber can request for the returnable packaging incase the subscriber wants to utilize it for their homely needs by paying the production cost to the company.
  • The Welcome Kit or any promotional item provided during subscription shall be based on the sole consent of management and company shall have all the rights to continue/discontinue/change the content of welcome kit or any promotional item at any point of time. It’s not the compulsory part of the subscription and it’s based on interim benefits.
  • The company shall also not be responsible for the quality/quantity or any mishap occurring due to the products other than the ordered products
  • Any promotional offer can be lapsed or withdrawn by management anytime as deemed fit by the company. The offer/free gifts/benefits may vary area wise, demography wise, income-group wise or based on the subscriber associated through any institutions, corporates, clubs, community or society.
  • The delivery confirmation will be done once approved from the company. Yet the company may not be able to deliver in certain areas due to its logistics concerns or any other unavoidable circumstances evenafter confirmation due to any such technical issues. Any such payment made by the Subscriber shall be refunded back by the company within prescribed time frame or it may communicate the delay in activation of service in the particular area, if the Subscriber agrees, it shall be considered as the back-order and the amount paid will be considered as for the live Subscriber.
  • The company is a consumer focused and Subscriber oriented. It shall always strive their best towards the optimum service. Thus, the co-operation shall be always sought from our Subscribers to improve our service and quality day by day.
  • In rare cases, the delivery may be delayed and may not be delivered as per the defined delivery schedule due to any unseen or unavoidable circumstances. During such circumstances, Subscribers’ patience and cooperation shall be highly appreciated.
  • The company shall deliver the milk/milk products directly through its own authorized staff/3rd party delivery/MAP (Milkmor Area Partner). However, there might be negligible service or method deviation. Still, The consumer can anytime report the dissatisfaction at customer care pertaining to the same with the appropriate reasons to rectify the same.
  • The Company might shuffle the delivery channel from direct delivery to 3rd party or vice-a-versa as and when deemed fit by the organization after proper investigation and primary trouble-shooting.
  • The company insists and shall ensure the fresh products as per its batch expiry. Incase, the subscriber receives a delivery of overdue/damaged/tampered product, The subscriber may not accept the same or the subscriber may report it to customer care through mobile app or e-mail immediately. After stipulated hours of delivery, the company will not be responsible for any missing/shortage/damage/tampered or spoilage.
  • Any damage product shall be taken back and will be replaced with the fresh product incase deemed fit by the company and no refund can be claimed for the same.
