Shipping & Exchange Policy

  • All the products will be shipped on the very next working day at the registered address.
  • The shipping will be done based on the pincodes available in the mobile app.
  • Kindly check the batch number, expiry date and seal on the packaging while receiving the delivery.
  • The shipping is done through only Milkmor Delivery Boys
  • Incase of any damaged or tampered products, kindly report the same to the customer care on 9022220073 immediately. The product will be exchanged within the next available slot.
  • All Perishable products like Milk, Buttermilk, Curd, Shrikhand, Paneer cannot be returned after 4 hours of delivery. Ghee can be returned within 4 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
