Easy Peasy Recipe -Syrian Rice Pudding!

cook – Her relationship with food started since her childhood and she loves to do innovation with the food ingredients. She is a home-maker & stays with her 2 kids & Husband . She holds an expertise in various cuisine like Mexican, Chinese, North Indian and Gujarati.

Here Mrs.Nayak shares a mouth-watering sweet dish recipe which she has made from Milkmor’s Cow Milk. This is an ultimate sweet dish which can be prepared in few easy steps.

Ingredients.
Cooked Jasmine Rice -1/2 cup
Milkmor milk – 3 cups
Pistachio – 2 tbsp.
Dry Rose Petal – 2tbsp.
Sugar – 5 to 6 tbsp.
Cornflour – 1 tbsp.
Rose water – 1 tbsp.

Description :
Blend cooked Rice, Milkmor’s Milk, and Sugar. Boil it on a medium flame. After 5 minutes, add cornflour
(mix with some cold milk) and rose water. Stir it for two minutes, off the flame and let it cool and
keep in fridge ( Half an Hour ) until it gets chilled.

For serving :
Take a chilled pudding in a bowl garnish with pistachio and Dry Rose Petal.
