We don’t know whether you’re a fan of curd or lassi or not? But, let us tell you, it’s the best thing your gutts would love it. Moreover, the taste of Milkmor’s Milk is indeed the tastiest & the most natural milk in Ahmedabad. Hence, the curd prepared from Milkmor’s milk would be indeed tastier. Although preparing the curd from the natural cow milk needs some temperature balancing but believe us, you will get the best curd out of it.

Just follow the 3 easy steps :

  1. Boil the milk in the morning and let it be at a warm temperature of 45° degree
  2. Add the local dairy’s curd first time in it (Later on, the Milkmor’s curd can be used for the same as culture)
  3. Keep it for 6-7 hours in room temperature (Warm Place) or till it gets settled, whichever is later. (The settling time for curd may vary from season to season).
  4. After that, keep the bowl of curd overnight in the fridge.

Wake up to the morning with the smooth and creamy curd ready to consume. It has good bacteria for your intestines. It’s good for digestion, keeps your tummy & head calm. It’s also the best way of protein consumption for lactose intolerant.

The best time to consume curd is before 5 PM.
