You can add fruits like strawberry, banana, Sitaphal, Chikoo, Papaya, Apple, or any other seasonal fruit. You can also make a mocktail out of it. Blend them with raw milk and a little honey to make delicious smoothies or shakes for your kid.

One of the most healthy options is to make a dry fruit mix powder to add to the milk. To make this mix, grind almonds, pistachios, walnuts, and cashews together. Add that mix to the milk and some sugar and cardamom to create a healthy and full of nutrition beverage.

If your kid has a sweet tooth, then dates are the best alternative to any drink. Grind dates and add it to the milk, and even sugar doesn’t need to be added. Dates are also rich in magnesium, which will help in your kid’s brain development.
