Is Voluntary Malnutrition Real?

Malnutrition occurs when a human body is deprived of the right balance of nutrients necessary for their health. You must think about why we are telling you about this. Everyone knows this, right? Let’s review it together, shall we?

Diet-based non-communicable diseases don’t have visible physical implications. Still, they can cause many deadly diseases (heart problems, diabetes, blood pressure, etc.).
